Conditions of Acceptance : All orders are subject to acceptance
by the Company at head office, and on the basis of prices and terms in effect at
the time of shipment.
Terms of Sale: Net 30 days from invoice date (all sales subject
to credi t approval)
Taxes: Extra where applicable. Minimum Invoice : $75.00
Returns: Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior
written authorization by the Company. A note of credit for authorized returns will
be issued at the price paid for the pro duct, less freight costs and a 20% restocking
charge. Items must be returned in merchandisable condition, if repackaging is required
additional charges may be assessed.
Warranty: (a) Seller warrants all items listed herein to be free
from defects in workm anship and material and to be of merchandisable quality at
the time of shipment. (b) The foregoing express warranties are in lieu of and exclude
all other warranties expressed or implied by law or trade usage. (c) Lily Fasteners
shall never be liable for any damages due to the use or the misuse of our products.
The warranty is limited by the invoice amount.
Freight:
British Columbia: Prepaid on all packaged products with a minimum
of $500.00 net invoice. Bulk products F.O.B. nearest warehouse. Combin ing packaged
and Bulk products to achieve the minimum prepaid amount is up to the discretion
of the individual branches. Exceptions: dealers north of Prince George excluding
Prince George. We reserve the right to pre - pay the order if shipping costs are
les s than 7% of the total order.
Alberta: Prepaid on all packaged products with a minimum of $500.00
net invoice. Bulk products F.O.B. nearest warehouse. Combining packaged and Bulk
products to achieve the minimum prepaid amount is up to the discretion of the individual
branches. Exceptions: dealers south of Highway 16 running west of Hinton to Lloydminster.
We reserve the right to pre - pay the order if shipping costs are less than 7% of
the total order.
Saskatchewan: Prepaid on all packaged product s with a minimum
of $600.00 net invoice. Bulk products F.O.B. nearest warehouse. Combining packaged
and Bulk products to achieve the minimum prepaid amount is up to the discretion
of the individual branches.
Manitoba: Prepaid on all packaged products with a minimum of $500.00
net invoice. Bulk products F.O.B. nearest warehouse. Combining packaged and Bulk
products to achieve the minimum prepaid amount is up to the discretion of the individual
branches. Exceptions: dealers north of Highway 5 & 68. We reserve the right
to pre - pay the order if shipping costs are less than 5% of the total order.
Quebec & Ontario: Prepaid on all packaged products with a minimum
of $500.00 net invoice. Bulk products F.O.B. nearest warehouse. Combining packaged
and Bulk products to achieve the minimum prepaid amount is up to the discretion
of the individual branches.
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Prince Edward Island: Prepaid
on all packaged products with a minimum of $500.00 net invoice. Bulk products F.O.B.
ne arest warehouse. Combining packaged and Bulk products to achieve the minimum
prepaid amount is up to the discretion of the individual branches.
Newfoundland: Prepaid on all packaged products with a minimum of
$1000.00 net invoice or 5% freight allowa nce on all orders over $500.00 net up
to $1000.00 net. Bulk products F.O.B. nearest warehouse. Combining packaged and
Bulk products to achieve the minimum prepaid amount is up to the discretion of the
individual branches.
